Michael Harris, Outspoken Santa Fe Councilman and Former Chair of the City Planning Commission Will Bring His Business Savvy To Talk about What To Do with the Sixty-four Acre University of Art and Design Campus in the Middle of Town
Journey Hosts: Alan Webber & Bill Dupuy
MICHAEL HARRIS, President of three construction development companies also has a long history of public service. In addition to his work on the Planning Commission, he is a past board member and President of Partners in Education. Mike brings this wealth of experience to bear in what is bound to be a vital conversation for Santafeans. The S.F. University of Art and Design will vacate the old College of Santa Fe campus when its lease with the city ends June 30. City taxpayers will then be on the hook for $2.2 million every year. How should we re-purpose the campus and its 33 buildings? Mike has some unique approaches that might be able to turn the situation around.
